In order to protect customer from fraud, we advise our customers to be cautious when conducting all banking transactions through the following steps:

  1. Do not submit pre-signed blank form.
  2. Do not give your debit card to anyone.
  3. Do not inform your PIN or password to anyone.
  4. Regularly change your PIN or password.
  5. Immediately report lost or stolen ATM card, saving book, PIN or password to the Bank.
  6. Actively monitor transaction and monthly bank statement or saving book.
  7. Immediately report suspicious financial transaction conducted by unauthorized person to the nearest branch or via email customervoice@kebhana.co.id
  8. Immediately inform the Bank on any personal data changes.
  1. Bank Hana menghimbau agar nasabah untuk TIDAK MELAYANI PERMINTAAN apapun melalui SMS, Whatsapp,Telepon atau lainnya apabila mencurigakan.
  2. Apabila Nasabah/Debitur TIDAK melakukan transaksi online, namun menerima Short Message Service("SMS") kode pengaman/ otentikasi/ otorisasi yang mengatasnamakan Bank Hana, maka segera difoto/capture pesan tersebut karena hal tersebut merupakan bukti yang dapat dilaporkan serta MOHON UNTUK TIDAK MERESPON karena hal tersebut merupakan upaya PENIPUAN.
  3. JANGAN PERNAH memberitahukan angka Card Verification Value ("CVV")(3 angka dibelakang kartu debit) & Kode Otentikasi/Otorisasi One Time Password ("OTP") kepada siapapun
  4. Manajemen Bank Hana tidak pernah meminta uang, data atau informasi pribadi lainnya yang terkait dengan rekening Nasabah.
