2015 will be the first year of KEB Hana Bank to start business in retail segment. To fulfill the commitment, KEB Hana Bank launches mobile ATM on Wednesday, January 14th 2014, in Head Office parking lot, Wisma Mulia. The service also represents KEB Hana Bank commitment to penetrate retail market as well as serving local customer.
ATM mobile launching is driven by KEB Hana Bank payroll customer that doubled in 2015. The mobile ATM will be operated in area where more than 50 manufacture industry situated. They are consist of KEB Hana Bank customer including Cikarang, Sukabumi, Subang, and Purwakarta. The ATM will serve other areas in the future. "Mobile ATM is alternative service for KEB Hana Bank payroll customer to withdraw their money during salary distribution date. Today we have more than 30.000 payroll customer from 56 manufacture industry, and through mobile ATM we are targeting to add 60.000 payroll customer in 2015," Lee Jae Hak says.
KEB Hana Bank is targeting to add 3 more mobile ATM in 2015. " Operational Division prepared this mobile ATM for three months. We hope this service may reach our customer in remote area that previously does not have access to KEB Hana Bank service,"Ryan Martin, from Operational Division says. The mobile ATM service completed our current service network that including 40 branches and 15 new branches that will be unveil in 201, internet banking, mobile banking, and ATM that connected in more than 300.000 machine within ATM Prima and ATM Bersama network. Today mobile ATM service is only own by 20 biggest bank in Indonesia. Existence of mobile ATM strengthening KEB Hana Bank step to penetrate retail market in Indonesia.
