KEB Hana Bank Introduces a New Trend of Banking Facility in Indonesia February 04, 2016

KEB Hana Bank, a subsidiary of Hana Financial Group, introduced its new banking facility called “HANA LOUNGE” on Wednesday (03/02). As the first banking facility with lifestyle concept in Indonesia, HANA LOUNGE is designed to young executives. Located in Wisma Mulia Ground Floor, Gatot Subroto, Jakarta, HANA LOUNGE introduces banking-meets-coffee-shop concept which has not been launched by other banks. Industrial concept was chosen to create a convenient atmosphere for KEB Hana customers.

KEB Hana Bank integrates banking and lifestyle which becomes the uniqueness of Hana Lounge. It provides facilities, such as:

  • INTERIOR DESIGN; Coffee shop concept offers a different ambience compared to other banks' interior in Indonesia. KEB Hana customers will feel more comfortable to spend their time at the Lounge.
  • MOBILE CUSTOMER SERVICE; A mobile customer service officer will assist every customer who takes a visit to HANA LOUNGE. He/she will also provide information regarding KEB Hana Bank's product/services using the tablet banking.
  • MULTIMEDIA; There is free WIFI inside the Lounge so KEB Hana customers can easily access their account on KEB Hana Internet Banking. In addition, tablet banking will allow the customers to find out KEB Hana products and promotions. Moreover, they can enjoy movie trailer from CGVblitz.
  • COFFEE SHOP; KEB Hana customers can enjoy a cup of Arabica Bali coffee for free. The Barista will make a cup of coffee from the product of KEB Hana's CSR program in collaboration with Ministry of Cooperatives & SMEs at OVOP (One Village One Product) program.
  • SEMI-PRIVATE AREA; This facility is located inside the HANA LOUNGE and can be used by KEB Hana customers to hold a meeting with their colleagues.
  • HANGING GARDEN; A vertical hydroponic garden makes HANA LOUNGE an eco-friendly banking facility.
  • UNIQUE BRANDING; KEB Hana Bank has taken a big step by launching a banking facility which targeted young executives. This unique facility reaffirms KEB Hana Bank's commitment to develop consumer business in Indonesia. “HANA LOUNGE is part of KEB Hana's commitments to enter the consumer business and create a unique innovation in banking industry.
