1989 Changed its status from Bank Pasar (Retail Banking) to Bank Umum (Commercial Banking).
Changed its name to PT Bank Bintang Manunggal.
2007 Hana Financial Group acquired Bank Bintang Manunggal.
2008 Changed its nama to PT Bank Hana.
Officially opened Operating Head Office (KPO) Gatot Subroto in Gedung Mitra, Jl. Jenderal Gatot Subroto Kav.21, South Jakarta.
Increased its paid in capital for IDR 300 billion
Obtained its business license as forex bank, and
Opened 12 new services offices and operated ATM services.

2014 Merged PT Bank Hana and PT Bank KEB Indonesia.
Changed its name to PT Bank KEB Hana
2015 Launched Mobile ATM services, EDC machines, and bill payment services.
Increased its paid-in capital to be IDR 2,450,000,000,00.-.
Officially opened employee training center, namely Mini Banking.
Launched bancassurance product through cooperation with Hanwha Life Insurance and ACE Life.
Launch One Village One Product (OVOP) program as a supporting rom to small and medium enteprises named Kooperasi Sumber Mertha Buana located in Badung Regency, Bali.
Legalized PT Sinarmas Hana Finance as co-financing company, through cooperation between Bank Hana & Hana Capital and PT Sinarmas Multiartha.
Improved its office network to be 47 service offices.
2016 Improved its office network to be 55 service offices.
Launched Mobile Cash, Hana Lounge, KEB Hana Visa Credit Card, KEB Hana Priority Banking, and KEB Hana Visa Debit Card services.
Added wealth management product through strategic cooperation with Jiwasraya, Batavia Prosperindo Aset Manajemen, FWD Life Indonesia and RHB Asses Management Indonesia.
Issued Suboardinated Bond I Bank KEB Hana for IDR 244 billion and USD 47.5 million
2017 Bank entered BUKU III class.

Bancassurance marketing line development by launching life insurance product Secure Investa Protection issued by PT Avrist Assurance.
2019 Has gotten an approval of the Financial Services Authority (the banking auditor)
