Hana Bank Launches Hana AIdvisor Feature - The first bank in Indonesia to use the Robo Advisor feature

Jakarta, 15 August 2023 – PT Bank KEB Hana Indonesia (Hana Bank) continues to develop the MyHana Mobile Banking application to meet the needs of digital banking services for Customers, one of which is by presenting an electronic Mutual Fund transaction feature called Hana AIdvisor. Bank Hana is the first bank in Indonesia that use the robo advisor feature to provide new experiences for Customers in transacting mutual fund investment products.

CEO Hana Bank, Jong Jin Park said that currently more and more Indonesian people understand the importance of investing for the future, "The presence of Hana AIdvisor is expected to help Customers achieve maximum results with risks that can be adjusted to the Customer's risk profile. This feature is a continuation of our commitment to continue to provide the best services and facilities for Customers and the people of Indonesia."

Mutual Fund transactions online by using MyHana Mobile Banking as a medium equipped with advisory features. Where with this feature the Customer will get consideration for a portfolio of Mutual Fund products that have the potential to help optimize the Customer's portfolio. So that the Hana AIdvisor feature can help Customers start their investment journey by providing consideration and analysis of the investment choices to be taken. Through the advisory feature, a Customer's risk profile is measured when the Customer fills in data, the data is then used as a basis for analysis that is matched to actual market conditions. Furthermore, the advisory feature will provide investment considerations that are in accordance with the Customer's risk profile so that the Customer can mitigate risk before transacting in Mutual Fund investment products at Bank Hana.
