1. The Program is valid during the period February 1st– May 31st, 2026.

2. This Program applies to payments made using the Hana Bank Priority Debit Card bearing the Visa logo at Banyan Group (“Merchant”).

3. Customers are entitled to receive a 20% discount on reservations at Banyan Group by using the voucher code: VISABT.

6. Hana Bank, Visa Indonesia, and the Merchant reserve the right to amend and/or add to the Program’s terms and conditions by providing prior notice to Customers within the timeframe stipulated by the Regulator and through channels determined by Hana Bank.

7. Any tax obligations arising in connection with the promotional benefits received by the Customer shall be the sole responsibility of the Customer in accordance with applicable tax regulations.

9. All matters relating to reservation availability, pricing determination, and/or discount application are solely the responsibility of the partner/merchant and are beyond the responsibility of Hana Bank.

10. By participating in this Program, Customers confirm that they have read, acknowledged, understood, and agreed to all applicable terms and conditions.

11. Customers must comply with the instructions and terms and conditions provided by Hana Bank, Visa Indonesia, and the Merchant, as well as all laws and regulations specifically governing the use of services and transactions related to this Program.
