Terms & Conditions:
1. Goal Savings Rewards Program is valid from December 1st, 2025 - February 28th, 2026.
2. Goal Savings Rewards Program (Program) applies to all individual customers of PT Bank KEB Hana Indonesia (Hana Bank).
3. Customers are entitled to receive a reward after fulfilling the following conditions:
● Open a Goal Savings Rewards account through Hana Bank Branch Network with placement period options of 12 (twelve) months, 24 (twenty-four) months, 36 (thirty-six) months, or 60 (sixty) months.
● Make an initial deposit upon account opening and monthly deposits according to the applicable program scheme. The Program Scheme is also stated in the Program Participation Form available at the Hana Bank Branch Network.
4. Initial Deposit and Monthly Deposit Terms:
● Customers must provide sufficient funds in the Source Account for the Initial Deposit according to the amount stated in the Program Scheme.
● Customers must provide sufficient funds in the Source Account each month for the Monthly Deposit according to the amount stated in the Program Scheme.
● Monthly deposits will be automatically debited from the Source Account and credited to the Program Account on the same date as the Program account opening each month. Customers must ensure that the Monthly Deposit funds are available no later than 1 (one) calendar day before the debit date.
● If the scheduled Monthly Deposit date falls on a holiday (Saturday/Sunday/National Holiday), the debit will be processed on the next business day.
● Customers cannot deposit funds directly into the Program Account.
● If the Monthly Deposit is unavailable for 3 (three) consecutive months, the Program Account will be automatically closed on the 4th (fourth) month plus 1 (one) business day. In the event of such account closure, the Customer will be charged a penalty fee as stated in the Program Scheme.
● If a Monthly Debit fails, the Bank will send an SMS notification to the Customer on the next business day after the scheduled debit date. The SMS will be sent once (1) per month.
5. Reward Delivery Terms:
● The reward will be delivered to the Hana Bank Branch where the Customer opened the Program account.
● The reward will arrive at the Hana Bank Branch no later than the end of the following month after the Program account is successfully opened.
● The Hana Bank Branch will contact the Customer to inform them that the reward is available for collection.
6. The interest rate for this Program is 0.25% p.a., with interest credited under the following terms:
● Interest will be paid monthly and credited to the Program Account.
● If the interest payment date and Program maturity date fall on a holiday (Saturday/Sunday/National Holiday), the processing will be done on the next business day.
7. Upon maturity, all funds in the Program Account, including accrued interest, will be automatically credited to the Source Account, and the Program Account will be closed automatically.
8. Interest earned under this Program will be subject to tax deductions in accordance with applicable tax regulations.
9. Customers will receive proof of Program ownership in the form of an Electronic Confirmation Letter, sent by Hana Bank via email after the Program account is successfully opened at the beginning of participation.
10. If the Customer terminates the Program before maturity:
● The Customer will be charged a penalty for the reward as per the Program terms.
● Program interest will be paid according to the interest rate stated in this Program Participation Form.
● The total number of days will be calculated from the fund placement date to the early termination date.
● The Customer must complete and sign the Program Termination Form.
11. This Program is not covered under the deposit interest guarantee program by the Lembaga Penjamin Simpanan (LPS). The maximum insured amount by LPS is IDR 2,000,000,000 (two billion Rupiah), and LPS does not guarantee deposits with interest rates exceeding the applicable LPS rate.
12. Customers may file complaints, inquiries, or questions by contacting Call Hana at 1-500-021 (24 hours), WhatsApp Call Hana at 0811-9710-0021 (08:00 - 22:00 WIB), or by visiting the nearest Hana Bank Branch during service hours: 08:00 – 15:00 WIB (Business Days).
13. By participating in this Program, the Customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to all the applicable terms and conditions of the Program.
14. PT Bank KEB Hana Indonesia (Hana Bank) is permitted and supervised by the Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (OJK) and Bank Indonesia (BI) and is a participant of Lembaga Penjamin Simpanan (LPS).
