Terms & Condition 

1. The program is valid from 6 April to 30 June 2026.

2. This program applies to payments made using a Hana Bank Debit Card with the Visa logo at Grab merchants (“Merchant”) under the Grab Dine Out category.

3. Customers are eligible for a maximum discount of IDR 125,000, with a discount of IDR 25,000 per voucher redemption, subject to a minimum transaction of IDR 250,000 (not cumulative), by using the voucher code: HNDINEOUT.

4. This program is limited to the first 200 transactions per month during the program period.

5. Each customer is entitled to receive a maximum of 5 (five) discounts for each promotional scheme during the program period.

6. Any tax obligations arising from the promotional benefits received shall be the sole responsibility of the customer in accordance with the applicable tax regulations.

7. In the event of any indication of violations or fraudulent activities against the applicable terms and conditions, Hana Bank and the Merchant reserve the right to cancel and/or revoke any discounts that have been or will be granted to the customer.

8. Hana Bank reserves the right to amend and/or add to the program’s terms and conditions by providing prior notice to customers within the timeframe stipulated by the regulator through official communication channels designated by Hana Bank.

10. By participating in this program, customers are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to all applicable terms and conditions.

11. Customers must comply with the instructions and terms and conditions provided by Hana Bank, as well as all applicable laws and regulations governing the use of services and transactions related to this program.

12. PT Bank KEB Hana Indonesia (Hana Bank) is licensed and supervised by the Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (OJK) and Bank Indonesia (BI) and is a participant of Lembaga Penjamin Simpanan (LPS).
