Terms & Condition:
1. “Hana Golden Reward” Program is valid during the period February 2nd – February 27th, 2026.
2. The Program is applicable to all Individual Customers of PT Bank KEB Hana Indonesia (Hana Bank).
3. Customers are eligible to receive a UBS 999.9 24-karat gold bullion reward of up to 50 grams by opening a Time Deposit in accordance with the Program scheme through the Hana Bank Branch Network.
4. The fund placement requirements are as follows:
● The minimum placement amount refers to the Program scheme table stated in the Program Participation Form, available at the Hana Bank Branch Network.
● Funds placed under the Program must be New Funds, defined as funds originating from another bank or cash deposits that increase the Customer’s total fund position at Hana Bank. New Funds are calculated within a maximum of 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date the funds are received.
● The Program Time Deposit placement will be held for the duration of the Program period.
5. Options for Program Time Deposit interest payment:
● Monthly interest credited to the Source of Funds account; or
● Interest credited to the Source of Funds account upon Program maturity.
6. The reward will be delivered no later than 30 (thirty) calendar days after the Customer places funds in the Program. The reward will be sent to the branch where the Program account was opened.
7. Specifically for New Customers / NTB (New to Bank), Customers will have the opportunity to receive an additional reward in the form of Cashback, with the following details:
● Applicable exclusively to New to Bank (NTB) Customers of Hana Bank.
● Limited to the first 50 (fifty) eligible Customers.
● Cashback amount of IDR 888,000 (eight hundred eighty-eight thousand Rupiah) per Customer.
● Cashback will be credited to the Customer’s Savings Account no later than 30 (thirty) calendar days from the opening date of the Program account.
● If the Customer closes the Program account prior to maturity, a penalty fee of IDR 888,000 will be charged and debited at the time of Program account closure.
8. If the interest payment date or Program maturity date falls on a holiday (Saturday/Sunday/Public Holiday), the transaction will be processed on the next business day.
9. Upon maturity, the entire Program balance, including the interest amount, will be automatically credited to the Source of Funds account, and the Program account will be automatically closed.
10. Customers will be subject to withholding tax on interest income in accordance with applicable tax regulations.
11. Customers will receive proof of Program participation in the form of a confirmation letter issued by Hana Bank after the Program account is successfully opened. Should the Customer require a reprint of the confirmation letter, they may visit the Hana Bank Branch Network.
12. If the Customer terminates the Program prior to maturity, the following provisions shall apply:
● The Customer will be subject to a penalty related to the reward, in accordance with Program provisions.
● Program interest will be paid based on the interest rate stated in the Program Participation Form.
● The Customer must complete and sign the Program Termination Form.
13. In the event of any indication of violation or fraud against applicable regulations, Hana Bank reserves the right to cancel and/or reclaim any reward that has been or will be granted to the Customer.
14. Hana Bank reserves the right to amend and/or add to the Program’s terms and conditions, with prior notification to Customers within the timeframe stipulated by the Regulator, through media determined by Hana Bank.
15. This Program is not included in the scope of the Deposit Insurance Corporation (LPS) interest rate guarantee program. The maximum deposit amount guaranteed by LPS is IDR 2,000,000,000 (two billion Rupiah), and LPS does not guarantee deposits with interest rates exceeding the applicable LPS rate.

17. By participating in this Program, Customers are deemed to have read, understood, acknowledged, and agreed to all applicable Program terms and conditions.
18. PT Bank KEB Hana Indonesia (Hana Bank) is permitted and supervised by the Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (OJK) and Bank Indonesia (BI) and is a participant of Lembaga Penjamin Simpanan (LPS).
