Term & Conditions :
1. “Member Get Member” Program is valid from January 5th to January 31st 2026.
2. Program is open to Hana Bank individual customers who already hold a savings account.
3. Customers may invite friends and family in accordance with the following terms and conditions:
● Requirements for the Referrer:
● Referrer must hold an active savings account.
● Referrer must maintain a minimum balance of IDR 10,000,000 (ten million Rupiah) in the savings account at month-end.
● Referrer must complete the Program form and submit it to the Sales team at a Hana Bank branch.
● Requirements for the Invitee (the invited friend or family member):
● Invitee must be a new customer who has never previously held an account at Hana Bank.
● Invitee must open a savings account and participate in a Funding Program / Funding Product currently offered by Hana Bank.
● Invitee will be contacted by the Sales Team at a Hana Bank branch during business hours regarding the Funding Program / Funding Product offering.
4. Referrer is eligible to receive cashback rewards of up to IDR 6,000,000 (six million Rupiah) under the following scheme:

● Cashback will be provided no later than 30 calendar days after the Invitee places funds into the designated Funding Program / Funding Product.
● Cashback rewards will be credited to the Referrer’s savings account.

6. By participating in this Program, the Referrer confirms that they have read, acknowledged, understood, and agreed to all applicable Program terms and conditions.
7. Hana Bank reserves the right to change and/or add to the Program terms and conditions by providing prior notice to customers through the channels determined by the Bank and in accordance with applicable regulatory timelines for notifying customers of changes.
8. If there is any indication of violation or fraud against applicable rules, Hana Bank reserves the right to cancel or claw back any cashback paid or payable to the customer.
9. Customers may file complaints or inquiries by contacting Call Hana at 1-500-021 (24 hours), Hana Bank Official WhatsApp at 0811-9710-0021 (08:00 – 22:00 WIB), or by visiting the nearest Hana Bank branch during service hours: 08:00 – 15:00 WIB (Business Days).
10. PT Bank KEB Hana Indonesia (Hana Bank) is permitted and supervised by the Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (OJK) and Bank Indonesia (BI) and is a participant of Lembaga Penjamin Simpanan (LPS).
