Terms & Condition:
1. The Program is valid during the period February 25th – March 31st, 2026
2. The Program applies to all Individual Customers of PT Bank KEB Hana Indonesia (Hana Bank) under the following categories:
· New to Investment Customers who have never held any mutual fund products at Hana Bank.
· Customers who previously held mutual fund products but are currently classified as inactive (no transactions and a balance of less than IDR 100,000) within the past one (1) year.
3. The Program applies to purchases of mutual fund products made through MyHana Mobile Banking or the Hana Bank Branch Network.
4. Each Customer is entitled to receive one (1) cashback reward during the Program period.
5. Cashback entitlement is subject to the following conditions:

6. The Program applies to mutual fund purchases under the following conditions:
· Applicable to all mutual fund products except money market funds denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) and US Dollar (USD).
· For mutual fund products denominated in US Dollar (USD), the investment tier will be calculated based on an assumed exchange rate of USD/IDR 16,800.
· Applicable only to products with a minimum transaction fee of 1%, except for products under the Deferred Sales Charge (DSC) scheme.
7. The promotion does not apply to additional subscription transactions and/or mutual fund unit switching.
8. Cashback will be paid in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) and credited to the Customer’s registered bank account no later than 30 (thirty) business days after the Program period ends.
9. In the event of any indication of violation or fraudulent activity against applicable regulations, Hana Bank reserves the right to cancel and/or reclaim any cashback granted or to be granted to the Customer.
10. Hana Bank reserves the right to amend and/or add to the Program’s terms and conditions, with prior notice to Customers within the timeframe stipulated by the Regulator through channels determined by Hana Bank.
11. For complaints or inquiries related to the Program, Customers may contact Call Hana 1-500-021 (24 hours), WhatsApp Official Hana Bank 0811-9710-0021 (08.00 - 22.00 WIB), Or visit the nearest Hana Bank Branch Network during service hours 08:00 – 15:00 WIB (Business Days).
12. By participating in this Program, Customers are deemed to have read, understood, acknowledged, and agreed to all applicable Program terms and conditions.
13. Customers must comply with the instructions and terms and conditions provided by Hana Bank, as well as all applicable laws and regulations governing services and transactions related to this Program.
14. PT Bank KEB Hana Indonesia (Hana Bank) is licensed and supervised by the Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (OJK) and Bank Indonesia (BI) and is a participant of Lembaga Penjamin Simpanan (LPS).
