Terms & Condition:

1. Program is valid from April 1st – 30th, 2026.

2. Program applies to all New Individual Customers of PT Bank KEB Hana Indonesia (Hana Bank).

3. Customers are eligible to receive rewards in the form of Cashback upon fulfilling all of the following requirements:

  • Opening a Hana Saving Account through the Hana Bank Branch Network in accordance with the applicable Program scheme.
  • Purchasing a Mutual Fund product in accordance with the applicable Program scheme.

5. Fund Placement Provisions:

  • The minimum placement amount refers to the Program scheme table stated in the Program Participation Form available at the Hana Bank Branch Network.
  • Funds must qualify as New Funds, defined as funds originating from another bank or cash deposits that increase the Customer’s total fund position at Hana Bank. New Funds are counted within a maximum of 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date funds are received.
  • Funds placed in the Hana Savings account will be held for the duration of the applicable Program period.
  • Investment in the Mutual Fund Product may be made in IDR or USD, and the placement must be completed no later than 7 (seven) calendar days after the funds are placed in Hana Savings. If the investment in the Mutual Fund Product is made after the stipulated period, the Cashback reward will not be applicable.
  • Interest on the Hana Savings account will be credited on the 25th of each month at the Bank’s applicable interest rate for that month. If the date falls on a holiday, the interest payment will be made on the preceding business day.
  • Upon maturity, the held funds will be automatically released.

6. Withholding tax on deposit interest shall be borne by the Customer in accordance with applicable tax regulations.

7. Customers will receive a confirmation letter issued by Hana Bank upon successful account opening. Reprints may be requested at a Hana Bank branch.

8. If the Customer terminates the Program prior to maturity:

  • Customer must complete and sign the Program Termination Form.
  • Cashback penalty will apply in accordance with the Program scheme.
  • Interest will be paid in accordance with the Bank’s applicable savings interest rate for that month.

9. Program applies to the purchase of mutual fund products as follows:

  • Applicable to all mutual fund products except Money Market Funds denominated in IDR or USD.
  • USD-denominated products will be calculated using an assumed exchange rate of USD/IDR 16,800.
  • Applicable to products with a minimum transaction fee of 1%, except products under a Deferred Sales Charge (DSC) scheme.
  • The promotion does not apply to additional subscription transactions or unit switching.

10. Cashback will be paid in IDR and transferred to the Customer’s registered account within a maximum of 30 (thirty) business days after the Program period ends.

11. Hana Bank reserves the right to cancel or reclaim cashback in the event of violations or fraud.

12 Hana Bank reserves the right to amend and/or add to the Program’s terms and conditions with prior notice in accordance with regulatory requirements.

13. For complaints or inquiries, Customers may contact Call Hana 1-500-021 (24 hours), Official WhatsApp 0811-9710-0021 (08:00–22:00 WIB), or visit the nearest branch during service hours (Business Days, 08:00–15:00 WIB).

14. Customers must comply with all applicable instructions, terms, and laws governing this Program.

15. By participating, Customers are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to all applicable terms and conditions.

16. PT Bank KEB Hana Indonesia (Hana Bank) is licensed and supervised by the Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (OJK) and Bank Indonesia (BI) and is participant of Lembaga Penjamin Simpanan (LPS).
