  1. The program is valid during the following periods:

·         Traveloka: April 24 – 30, 2026

·         Tiket.com: April 24 – May 3, 2026

  1. This program applies to payments made using Hana Bank Debit Cards or LINE Bank by Hana Bank debit cards with the Visa logo at Traveloka and tiket.com merchants.

  2. Rewards of up to Rp450,000 apply with the following terms and conditions:
    Traveloka: Discount of Rp150,000 with a minimum transaction of Rp2,000,000 and use of promo code HNLBPAYDAY04 for the first 150 transactions.
    tiket.com:

·         3% discount up to Rp180,000 and 2% Blibli Tiket Points cashback up to Rp120,000 with a minimum transaction of Rp1,300,000 and use of promo code IBMPFLYHANA for the first 200 transactions.

·         Applicable only for domestic flight ticket purchases.

  1. Customers are entitled to receive 1 (one) discount for each promo code at Traveloka and tiket.com merchants.

  2. Any tax obligations arising in connection with the Promo benefits received shall be the full responsibility of the Customer in accordance with applicable tax regulations.

  3. In the event of any indication of violations or fraud against applicable regulations, Hana Bank and the Merchants reserve the right to cancel/revoke the discounts that have been or will be granted to Customers.

  4. Hana Bank reserves the right to amend and/or add to the program’s terms and conditions by notifying Customers in advance within the timeframe stipulated by the Regulator through official media determined by Hana Bank.

  5. For any complaints related to the program, Customers may submit inquiries/complaints by contacting Call Hana at 1-500-021 (24 hours), Hana Bank Official WhatsApp at 0811-9710-0021 (08:00 – 22:00 WIB), email at help@linebank.co.id, or by visiting the nearest Hana Bank branch office.

  6. By participating in this program, Customers are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to all applicable terms and conditions of the program.

  7. Customers are required to follow the instructions as well as the terms and conditions provided by Hana Bank, including all applicable laws and regulations governing the use of services and transactions related to this program.

  8. PT Bank KEB Hana Indonesia (Hana Bank) is permitted and supervised by the Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (OJK) and Bank Indonesia (BI) and is a participant of Lembaga Penjamin Simpanan (LPS).
