Terms & Condition:

1. The program is valid from 25 February to 31 March 2026.

2. The program is applicable to payments made using Hana Bank Debit Cards and LINE Bank by Hana Bank Debit Cards bearing the Visa logo at Traveloka merchants.

3. The program is subject to the following quota:

  • Discount IDR 25,000 applies to the first 200 transactions per month.
  • Discount 5% up to a maximum of IDR 100,000 applies to the first 350 transactions per month.

4. Customers are entitled to receive one (1) discount for each scheme per month during the program period.

5. The discounts available to Customers are as follows:

  • Discount IDR 25,000: applicable for a minimum transaction of IDR 500,000 and by using voucher code HANATRVLK25.
  • Discount 5% up to a maximum of IDR 100,000: applicable for a minimum transaction of IDR 1,500,000 and by using voucher code HANATRVLK100.

6. The promotion cannot be combined simultaneously with other promotions offered by Hana Bank, LINE Bank by Hana Bank, or Traveloka.

7. The promotion applies to all Traveloka products.

8. If there is any indication of violation or fraud against the applicable regulations, Hana Bank reserves the right to cancel and/or withdraw any discount that has been or will be granted to the Customer.

9. Any tax obligations arising in connection with the benefits of the Promotion shall be the full responsibility of the Customer in accordance with the applicable tax regulations.

10. Hana Bank reserves the right to amend and/or add to the program’s terms and conditions by informing Customers in advance in accordance with the timeline set by the Regulator through channels determined by Hana Bank.

12. By participating in this program, customers acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to all applicable terms and conditions.

13. Customers must comply with the instructions, terms, and conditions provided by Hana Bank, as well as all applicable laws and regulations specifically governing the use of services and transactions related to this program.

14. PT Bank KEB Hana Indonesia (Hana Bank) is licensed and supervised by the Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (OJK) and Bank Indonesia (BI) and is a participant of Lembaga Penjamin Simpanan (LPS).
